01

RELOCATION SURVEY

to determine the actual boundaries and location of the property; precise identification of established land boundaries.

02

SUBDIVISION SURVEY

the division of a lot, tract, or parcel of land into two or more lots, plats, sites, or other divisions of land for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or of building development.

03

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY

to identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on the surface of the earth or slightly above or below the earth's surface (i.e. trees, buildings, streets, walkways, manholes, utility poles, retaining walls, etc.).  If the purpose of the survey is to serve as a base map for the design of a residence or building of some type, or design a road or driveway, it may be necessary to show perimeter boundary lines and the lines of easements on or crossing the property being surveyed, in order for a designer to accurately show zoning and other agency required setbacks.

04

CONSOLIDATION SURVEY

is a planned readjustment and rearrangement of land parcels and their ownership. It is usually applied to form larger and more rational land holdings.

05

CADASTRAL SURVEY

to determine the boundaries between parcels of real estate (regardless of whether the land is privately or publicly owned).  A cadastral survey determines the legal boundary that will recognize for all legal purposes, such as determining property taxes or the exact area of ground will transferred when a property is sold.

06

SKETCH PLAN / TABLE SURVEY

A drawing prepared according to the technical description indicated in the TCT however, does not certify the property boundaries.

07

ROAD SURVEY

to plan a roadway design that avoids landscape features, which could prove an obstacle to construction, like areas where land sharply rises or falls and roads are not constructed in situations where they would be at risk to potential damage or dangerous conditions.
